In order to achieve this goal, our company is founded on some very basic principles: No employee is paid a commission for the sale of any parts. All employees are paid a wage. We take a conservative approach on all repairs. You will be informed on the condition of your equipment and given opinions for repair or replacement. We will not sell any product we would not have in our own home. Our service technicians have been trained to treat the customer in the same manner they would treat a dear friend. Our price structure remains the same regardless of how expensive the neighborhood is. I am available to talk to any customer at almost any time by telephone, e-mail or appointment. History of the company:   Graduated Atlantic Vocational in Coconut Creek in 1977 Employed by Cypress Community Hospital until 1979 Sam and Bea Amira until 1981 Encore Service Systems Graduated BCC 1984 with Associates Arts degree in Business Established M & S Air Conditioning in 1986 and incorporated in 1990 The growth of the company for the first seven years was based on word of mouth advertising. In 1995 when I started working the company full time, we began to advertise. However, our word of mouth referrals continue to be the main stay of the company. Today we employ seven individuals and service most of Broward County with plans to expand to Boca Raton and Delray Beach. Our goal is to service your needs in a prompt, professional and courteous manner. Thank you for your time.
