• We take a conservative approach on all repairs. You will be informed on the condition of your equipment and given opinions for repair or replacement.
• We will not sell any product we would not have in our own home.
• Our service technicians have been trained to treat the customer in the same manner they would treat a dear friend.
• Our price structure remains the same regardless of how expensive the neighborhood is.
• I am available to talk to any customer at almost any time by telephone, e-mail or appointment.

• The growth of the company for the first seven years was based on word of mouth advertising. In 1995 when I started working the company full time, we began to advertise. However, our word of mouth referrals continue to be the main stay of the company.
• Today we employ seven individuals and service most of Broward County with plans to expand to Boca Raton and Delray Beach.
• Our goal is to service your needs in a prompt, professional and courteous manner. Thank you for your time.
